Under the theme ‘From Science to Decision-Making’, this conference aims to bring together all sustainable development stakeholders from academia, practitioners as well as decision-makers and business leaders from here and abroad and provide them with information, data and tools for optimizing Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) practice. This biennial event, which has been held since 2003, is expected to welcome 300 participants. By promoting exchanges between specialists and leaders from diverse disciplines, this event aims to contribute to scientific development and also promote LCA practice and its use for decision-making. Biofuels, transportation, agri-food, nanotechnologies and social LCA are among several highly-relevant topics being covered during this important event.
